You must obtain written confirmation from the Board of Directors prior to the change of ownership of the site, confirming that no amounts are owed to the Owners Association in respect to the shareholding. All shareholdings for sale must be in resort compliance.  If you wish to sell your share and RV as a package, the RV and the lot must be in compliance with the Corporation's rules. RV's approaching 10 years of age or those that are not up to standards may be rejected by inspection by the Board. This is to protect future Shareholders. It may be in your best interest to sell your RV separate from the shareholding. Check with the Board if in doubt.

Potential new Shareholders. Cedars Resort is not freehold title nor is it Strata. Shareholders own a share in the Corporation, not a land holding. Your share gives you the ok to use your selected site, but you do not own it outright. Due diligence is required before deciding to purchase a share. Consider hiring a lawyer and obtain documents from the Cedar's Board to stay educated about the Corporation, bylaws and other Shareholder expectations.

A small, covered area shelters the water spigot and 50-amp power outlets. The water line is heat
taped to prevent freezing and there is also an electrical box in the freezer room designed to
automatically start the propane gen set in case of an electric outage.
There is a 10ft x 14ft storage shed with transparent roof panels and an electric light fixture in the
center of the building. Generous shelving as well as a large workbench are housed inside the shed and a stained-glass window adds beauty to the front wall. Between the shed and the deck is a covered breezeway for escaping the winter snow, as well as a great parking spot for the golf cart (also included).
A cast iron gravel crushing bowl has been embedded into the back yard as a firepit and is
surrounded by three cedar benches made from whole logs. Propane is also piped into the large
circular fireplace on the deck, as well as into the cooking grill beside the shed.
